Google Docs Video and Assignment

Watch the following video on how to create a form using iGoogle's Google Docs.  (click on link)       http://www.screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cXeUV1oT7

Your assignment:
1) You will create five survey questions and answer types of your own (see question types below)

2) Using Google Docs, create the form with your five questions.

Questions types:
  • At least one question should require a paragraph text or a line text.
  • At least one question should be a multiple choice or drop-down menu.
  • At least one question should be a list that may have more than one choice selected at once.
3) Save this document.

4) Apply a theme - make it simple.

5) Get the embed code and post it to your blog as a post (hint: edit html tab to paste code).

6) In the comment section of this blog recap your experience. 
  • Did you find forms easy to use?
  • Did you have any trouble?  If yes, explain.
  • How could this feature be used by others - companies, organizations, or individual users.
  • Any additional thoughts?

    Overall i found that google docs is a easy to use tool. I didnt have any comlications. This could be used by a company to find out what is trending in culture today.

    Yes i found this pretty easy to use, companies could use such a thing to see what their consumers enjoy.So in all this could be very helpful.

    I found this very easy to understand and use...I did not experience any trouble...This is a great device for making polls and it would be very easy for companies like resurants to make their satisfaction polls here and just print them off...this is very helpful

    I found that Google Docs is pretty easy to use if you understand what to do. THis is a greatr tool for making Surveys and Polls. It would be easy for companies and other buisnesses to use. It is a great tool.

    Yes I found Forms really easy to use. I had no trouble creating surveys. They could ask what new products a company should start making. They could ask for new inventions to create in a factory. I had really fun with this assingment.

    I found this gadget fairly easy to use. I had no trouble with this whatsoever. This would be a great tools for companys to get opinions and views from the people using their products.

    Yes, I thought making the survey was easy. Some troubles that i had was posting it to my personal blog. This would be a very easy way for many kinds of companies to take polls and surveys to see how satisfied their customers are.

    Yes, I found that the forms were very easy to use and were a quick way of asking questions whether its multiple choice, a paragraph, or even a checkbox. No i didnt have any trouble. This could be used to post on a companies website to find out how others may feel about there workers or products.

    Yes I found it really easy to use. And I also had no troubles. This could be used by companies really easily because they can go out and see what people think about their type of business and what they can change.

    Yes, I foun this very east to use. I did not have any complications. A resturaunt could use this to ask their customers questions about their food and their service. I think that this is very helpful.

    i found that google docs are easy to use, you can make easy surveys. you can print them out and hand them out.bissnesses can use these to get info for there company

    Yes, I found using this application easy. I had no troubles. Other businesses could use this to find out what their customers do and don't like about their product. Other people could use this to find out what to have at a party or special event.

    I found the forms very easy to use and it was not hard at all! This could be Used by future companies to take surveys to see if something is better then the other and to improve.

    I found it easy to use once you get the hang of it. No. You could have eveyrone in the group take a poll and then you could get it back.

    I found the forums easy to use after you know how to use it. I didn't really have any trouble using the forum it was quite easy.it can be used by companies and buisnesses, if they want to learn what people think of their service or products. I think its fun to use even if your not part of a big company or buisness.

    i had you last term and i am autistic and so i do or say things i dont mean to do and i am a little bit on the crazy side i didnt like the no games or music rule but besides that i liked the class besides that thing

    others can use this if they want to have people take a random survey for free and not really think about it
